ABOUT US

Toro Softball provides girls 6-14 a supervised recreational softball experience. Toro is one of seven communities in our area that belong to American Association Central Coast Softball (CCS). Girls in our program play approximately 50% of their games "on the road". We play in Seaside, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Salinas, Carmel and Toro Park.

Our program is separate from Toro Baseball, however we share the same facilities. Both programs are completely self-funded and depend on the generosity of our community.

Registration in our program provides girls with a uniform (jersey and visor), an individual and team picture, and an end of season memento (such as a medal). Parents are expected to provide their child with appropriate gloves, socks, undershirt, and sliding shorts for the older girls. Parents are expected to work in the snack bar at least once during the season, as the snack bar is a significant part of the revenue that supports our league.
